Founded in 2024, The Honey-Do Crew Property Service is a family-owned and operated business built on one simple promise: we show up, we do it right, and we stand by our work.
We know it’s not always easy to find contractors who are truly committed to quality and reliability. That’s why we take pride in being the crew you can count on. From gutter cleaning, window washing, and yard clean-up to wasp nest removal, junk hauling, and minor home repairs, we bring the same attention to detail and care to every job — no matter how big or small.
We believe in clear communication, thorough work, and solutions that last, so your home not only looks its best today, but stays that way season after season.
Keith grew up working in wrecking yards and doing mechanic work at his dad's shop, fostering a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. As a Red Seal Millwright, he honed his technical expertise and later ran a successful oilfield service company in Alberta, gaining invaluable business and leadership experience.
The Honey-Do Crew’s story is deeply rooted in the history and heart of Nova Scotia’s South Shore. Keith traces his family lineage back to Michael Wrayton, his great-great-grandfather, whose legacy as a lighthouse keeper on Stoddart Island shines brightly to this day.
Michael Wrayton immigrated to Nova Scotia in 1831 from Dublin, Ireland, surviving a harrowing voyage aboard the brig Mary that ended with the ship striking a shoal in Barrington Harbour. Settling in Doctor’s Cove, he built a life steeped in resilience, hard work, and service to the community.
In the 1860s, Michael purchased Stoddart Island, where he tended a lighthouse that guided mariners safely into Stoddart Harbour. Known affectionately as “Emerald Isle” after his Irish homeland, the island became a beacon of safety and hope for sailors navigating the South Shore’s rugged coastline.
This spirit of service runs through Keith’s veins. Like his great-great-grandfather before him, Keith is committed to helping his community by providing reliable, trustworthy service with a personal touch. The Honey-Do Crew was born out of this legacy—a passion for serving neighbors and ensuring the small but essential tasks of life are handled with care.
We are proud to call Nova Scotia home and carry forward a family tradition of dedication to the people who make this place so special. Just like Michael Wrayton’s light guided mariners safely home, the Honey-Do Crew is here to make life a little brighter and easier for families across the South Shore.
