The Honey-Do Crew Property Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides property maintenance, repair, renovation, and related services as outlined in our quotes, invoices, or service agreements.

Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Material costs include a 15% uplift. Prices may change if the scope or materials change, with all adjustments confirmed before work begins.

Service Calls
Unless a written quote is provided, all callouts are subject to a $150 minimum and a $65/hr rate, including travel. Material uplift of 15% applies.

Deposits & Payments
A 35% semi-refundable deposit is required for projects with material costs over $300. Deposits may be applied to ordered materials or schedule changes. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cheque, e-transfer, and cash.
E-transfers: help@thehoneydocrew.ca (Receiving company: Two River Investments Ltd). Late payments incur 3% monthly interest.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access, secure pets, and clear the work area of personal belongings and debris. Access to utilities (water, power, etc.) may be required.

Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24-hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee or 10% of the project value, whichever is greater. We may reschedule due to unsafe weather, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Health & Safety
We may refuse or postpone work if conditions are unsafe. Clients must disclose any known hazards (e.g., structural, electrical, environmental, or behavioural).

Liability
We carry liability insurance for damages caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage resulting from normal service risks, deteriorated materials, or concealed conditions.

Guarantee
If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. No guarantee applies to conditions outside our control (e.g., weather, wear, or regrowth).

Privacy & Media
Client information is used only to provide services. By providing contact details, you consent to communication for scheduling, billing, and promotions. Photos or videos may be taken for quality or marketing purposes but will not include identifiable features without consent.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
