The Honey Do Crew Property Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”) agrees to perform property maintenance services as outlined in our quotes, invoices, or service agreements. Services may include, but are not limited to, gutter cleaning, window washing, pressure washing, lawn mowing, and other related work.
Quotes and Pricing Estimates
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work is altered or additional services are requested. Any changes will be confirmed with the client before work begins.
Deposit and Payment Terms
A 35% deposit is required to hold calendar space for the project/work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cheque, e-transfer, and cash. Cheques should be made out to Two River Investments Ltd. E-transfers should be sent to help@thehoneydocrew.ca (Receiving company is Two River Investments Ltd). Late payments are subject to interest at 3% per month.
Client Responsibilites
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property. All pets should be secured, and the work area cleared of personal belongings, debris, pet waste, etc. For exterior services, access to water and electricity may be required.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50 or 10% of the total project value (whichever is greater). We may reschedule services without notice due to unsafe weather conditions or other factors outside our control.
Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone work if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., extreme weather, hazardous materials, unsafe structures, unsafe behavior). Clients must inform us of any known hazards on the property.
Liability
We carry liability insurance to cover damages caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or neglected property maintenance. Certain services (e.g., weed-whipping, lawnmowing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning) carry inherent risks, and while we take all precautions to minimize damage, we are not liable for damage resulting from these activities or fragile, deteriorated, or improperly installed materials.
Warranties and Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. No guarantee is provided for conditions outside our control (e.g., weather, future buildup, or regrowth).
Privacy & Communication
Client information will only be used to provide services and will not be shared without consent. By providing contact information, you agree to be contacted regarding scheduling, billing, and promotions.
Our services may include use of cameras to capture video or photographic images for quality assurance and/or advertising and marketing purposes. No photos or videos with identifiers (i.e., addresses, pictures of tenants, owners, or guests) will be used without the permission of the property owner or individual in the photo or video.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
